COD Policy

At Rideventory, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers across India. Please read the terms carefully:

1. COD Availability

  • COD is available only on selected pincodes/serviceable areas as per courier partner coverage.
  • Minimum order value for COD: ₹499

2. COD Charges

  • An additional COD handling fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
  • Prepaid orders (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallets) may have no extra charges.

3. Order Verification

  • For COD orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you for confirmation before dispatch.
  • Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Refusal

  • Once shipped, COD orders cannot be cancelled.
  • If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, future COD orders may be restricted/blocked for that customer.

5. Returns & Refunds for COD Orders

  • COD orders are eligible for exchange/refund only under our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued via UPI or Bank Transfer (no cash refunds at delivery).
